The Black Mirror Hints
What am I supposed to do with the stone pillars?
of 9: William came here looking for some sort of special key, but never got it because he couldn't figure out all the riddles.
of 9: Read through his diary again to see what he wrote down about the subject, including one riddle answer.
of 9: There are four riddles, each of which is written in a separate old book.
of 9: You'll find the books on pedestals, each of which is placed near a stone pillar.
of 9: The books give you the riddles, and the stone pillars give you the ability to answer the riddles. (When answering a riddle, always use the pillar nearest the book containing the riddle.)
of 9: Click on a pillar to get a close-up. What happens when you click on any of the segments of a pillar?
of 9: It seems that you will need to rotate the various pillar segments so that they will spell out the answers to the related riddles (when read top-to-bottom).
of 9: A sketch in William's diary gives the answer to one of the riddles. For clues on the others, look at the pictures that are in the riddle books.
