What's left to do?
1 of 4: When Velanna talks to you, agree to let her become a Grey Warden to get the "Velanna's Joining" companion quest.
2 of 4: Loot the two dragon thralls to get some powerful magic items.
3 of 4: Go south from the arena and look in the west passage for an exit to the world map.
4 of 4: Return to the keep and finish Velanna's joining quest, then do her "Velanna's Exile" companion quest.
