The Blackstone Irregulars
There are three areas where you can find Blackstone Liaison guys standing next to boxes. One is in the Dane's Refuge tavern in Lothering, another is in the Gnawed Noble Tavern in Denerim's Market District, and the third is next to the chantry in Redcliffe Village after you save it from the big undead attack. Talk to any liaison to get started, then use their three boxes as job boards.
