How can I expose Berwick as a spy?
1 of 5: Start by talking to Bella about the elf in the corner to officially learn his name.
2 of 5: Just getting his name is enough, but you should also have your best thief pickpocket him to get a letter.
3 of 5: After you do that, talk to him and mention the letter to get him to confess.
4 of 5: NOTE: If you can't get the letter, mention his name and keep talking until some persuade and intimidate options come up. Use one of them to get him to confess.
