1 of 5: Talk to the three militiamen who are sitting at a table.
2 of 5: NOTE: If talking to one of them doesn't start up a conversation cut-scene, try talking to another one.
3 of 5: Say that it's outrageous that Lloyd is charging them for drinks.
4 of 5: Talk to Lloyd about charging the militia for ale.
