Father's Task

  • 1 of 5: NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Find Fergus," so these hints won't have an objective list.
  • 2 of 5: Fergus is in his room near the SW corner of the castle, but don't head there right away. You should first explore the castle and see what all optional items and XP you can pick up.
  • 3 of 5: To start with, go out the main hall's north door and run west until you meet Ser Gilmore and get the "Mischief in the Larder" quest. After it's finished, explore around for more stuff to do.
  • 4 of 5: When you're done, go to Fergus' room to get a conversation cut-scene.
  • 5 of 5: After it's over, read the book on one of the shelves for a codex entry, then leave the room to move on to the "Howe Treachery" quest.
