  • 1 of 10: The Harbormaster's Office area has a lootable crate and a chest with a master-level lock (Cunning 40+ required).
  • 2 of 10: Enter the Disused Passage area and go up the entry room's southern stairs to find that Bonny Lem is still running his store.
  • 3 of 10: Go down the stairs south of Bonny Lem, then turn right and go up the next stairs to find a crate. The item in it will give you the "Seal of the Old God Dumat" side quest.
  • 4 of 10: Open the door that's north of Bonny Lem, then hold everyone back and lure the thugs and mercenary commander to you.
  • 5 of 10: Loot the sack at the north end of the thugs' area to get the "Waxler's Hat" side quest, then go through the door and down some stairs to find some lootable bones.
  • 6 of 10: Leave the area through its northern exit, then look nearby for a lootable crate.
  • 7 of 10: Go NE until you meet some hostile "undercut thrifters," then thrash them before heading east to the big path split area.
  • 8 of 10: Go south from the split to find a crate, then go east and head down the stairs to the area with the eastern "Warehouse District" map pin to find more undercut thrifters.
  • 9 of 10: Find the lootable crate that's hiding near the south end of that area, then look for one more crate in the south side area that's near the east end of the district.
  • 10 of 10: Come back to this region after you explore the others, then look for more undercut thrifter combats a bit east of the western "Warehouse District" map pin and in the same area that the last above-mentioned crate is in. Finish either of those combats to get the "The Lowdown" side quest.
