How can I get into the Victory Hotel?
1 of 7: First, it's probably a good idea to talk to Charlie -- or else you won't have any real reason for trying.
2 of 7: Try all you want, but no one's ever going to answer that front door for you.
3 of 7: Charlie told you to look for some scaffolding down into the canals -- he said that probably leads to a back entrance.
4 of 7: As you're facing the front door, turn to your left and keep going a little bit until you reach a dead end. The scaffolding that you're looking for will be here.
5 of 7: Climb it down to the canal level, turn back towards the hotel, and follow the path all the way to the end. You'll see a ladder that you can climb here.
6 of 7: At the top of the ladder is a fence that's locked with a digital lock.
