Find Christine in the Executive Suites.
1 of 10: Return to the lobby area, ready to fight a few ghost people if you've already finished one or both of the other follower-finding quests.
2 of 10: Go up to the upper floor and use the elevator with the "SUITES" sign above it.
3 of 10: WARNING: If you made Christine mad by tricking her into the elevator back when you were doing the "get your followers to their spots" quests, she'll have set up several tripwire traps throughout the area. These hints won't mention them, so watch for them carefully. (Note that the grenade bouquet that's connected to one of the tripwires may glitch and let you disarm it for frag grenades over and over.)
4 of 10: Move forward and turn left, run past the toxic cloud on its left side, then turn left to find two doors. They lead to rooms with a hostile female hologram that you're going to have to get past.
5 of 10: Go down the hallway and through the door on the right, then shoot or turn off the radio that's on one of the washing machines. On the other side of the room is a locked door.
8 of 10: Make your way south through the two holograms' wrecky rooms, then go down the long east/west corridor until you come to some double doors on your right.
9 of 10: Go through them and turn left, then go through the next door to meet up with Christine.
10 of 10: What happens next depends on whether or not you tricked her into the elevator back in the switching station. If you didn't, you'll talk to her about a few things, after which the quest will be over. If you did trick her, she'll be mad and will attack you, giving you the "Kill Christine" objective.
