Use the caves to bypass the collapsed building.
1 of 5: Go past where the warhead was, then stop and wait for some marked men in the wrecked building ahead to come within shooting range.
2 of 5: After you take all of them down, see the Elite Riot Gear hints to learn how to get it, plus an upgrade for ED-E and a Speech skill book.
3 of 5: Go back the way you came to return to the marked men's building, then go NE from it to find two more unexploded warheads.
4 of 5: Blow up the one to the east to gain access to another destroyed eyebot, then blow up the one to the NW to gain access to a building.
5 of 5: Approach the building to finish this objective and get the "The Tunnelers" quest.
