Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Get Dog to the Switching Substation in Salida del Sol.
1 of 6: Get God or Dog (whichever persona is currently dominant) to follow you, then enter the Salida del Sol region in stealth mode. Ghost combat is about to get a *lot* harder.
2 of 6: Unless you're being sneaky, you'll probably come under attack from ghosts the moment you enter Salida del Sol. Use your preferred combat tactic to take them down, then follow the street as it winds south from the fountain.
3 of 6: When the street ends at a path split with a toxic cloud to the left, go right and up the stairs to a room.
4 of 6: Leave the room at the top of the stairs through its southern door, but watch out for one of the two ghosts in the area ahead to lob a gas bomb at you. Try to dodge it, then drop down to the street and attack.
5 of 6: Follow the street west and then north. When you come to an open area, look to the left for an open gate with an array of switches on the wall past it.
6 of 6: Go through the gate and up to the switches to get Dog (or God) to talk to you and give you the next objective. (Note that if there are hostiles nearby, you may have to finish them off first.)
