Repair the three broken gas valves in the kitchen without being spotted ....
1 of 9: Crouch down and move forward until you see a small red valve wheel on your right.
2 of 9: Activate it and choose to repair it, then start looking for the other two.
3 of 9: TIP: If your Speech skill is much higher than your Sneak skill, you may prefer to run up to Dog and talk to him to jump ahead to the "Confront Dog and convince him to back down -- one way or another" objective. (Note that if Dog sees you and you don't talk to him quickly, he'll detonate the gas.)
4 of 9: Quicksave, then open the door that's opposite the valve. Sneak-run through it and straight forward to the next doorway.
5 of 9: Look to the right to see the next gas valve, and make sure Dog isn't nearby before you go over there and repair it.
6 of 9: There's only one gas valve left, but it's going to be much trickier to get to unseen. After quicksaving, sneak back to the first gas valve, then go down to the end of its hall.
7 of 9: When you go through the doorway on the left, you'll need to turn right and go to the back wall to find the last gas valve. Depending on exactly where Dog is, that may be very hard to do undetected. You might try waiting until he's moved around some more (if he isn't stuck in one spot, that is).
8 of 9: You could exit sneak mode and run for the valve. Even if you're seen, Dog can't ignite the gas after you've shut it all off. However, he will ignite himself and die, giving you the "Get out of the kitchen before Dog's collar detonates -- and detonates ..." objective, if you can't get to him and talk to him fast enough.
