Rendezvous with Cato Hostilius.
1 of 3: Cato is waiting for you in a spot between Ranger Station Delta (location 7 on the Zone 4 Map) and the Cazador Nest (location 6).
2 of 3: That makes fast-traveling there a very tricky business, since the guys at the ranger station will be hostile to you due to your working for Caesar. You'll probably be better off fast-traveling to Boulder City and making your way to Cato from there.
3 of 3: Follow the quest arrow to Cato's tiny camp, then talk to him and tell him you're ready after checking the preparation tips below.
