How can I rig the big gun?
1 of 4: While avoiding the patrolling rangers, get up on the platform where Cato and all the other spectators are waiting, then turn right and go up the steps that lead to the visitor center's upper entrance.
2 of 4: Don't enter the visitor center, but turn left instead. At Ranger Grant's security station are a ham radio on a table and a control console for the big gun.
3 of 4: Wait if necessary for Grant to wander off, then go over to the console and use it.
4 of 4: If your Science skill is 50+, you can examine the gun controls and activate the gun. If your Repair skill is 50+, you can examine the gun circuit board and short it out.
