Where can I get one of those?
1 of 5: Inside the visitor center.
2 of 5: While avoiding the patrolling rangers, get up on the platform where Cato and all the other spectators are waiting, then turn right and go up the steps that lead to the visitor center's upper entrance.
3 of 5: Go inside, then head down the stairs to the lower floor. There aren't any rangers inside the visitor center, so you don't need to worry about being detected.
4 of 5: Enter the supply closet that's along the visitor center's NW wall, then check the lockers for an NCR Engineer Jumpsuit.
5 of 5: Go ahead and change into the jumpsuit, and remember to exit the visitor center on the upper floor to avoid detection.
