Mister Holdout Tip
1 of 3: Look for a guy named Mister Holdout leaning against the wall a ways to the right of the Gomorrah main entrance, directly across the street from the Lucky 38 Casino.
2 of 3: Talk to him to learn that he sells weapons that are easy to conceal. Such weapons can be useful since casinos always insist on confiscating all of your weapons when you enter.
3 of 3: If your Sneak skill is low, it might be a good idea to buy a weapon or two from Mister Holdout. In any case, you can sell him stuff you want to get rid of to make some caps.
