How Little We Know
To get this quest, either finish the "Bye Bye Love" misc. quest or talk to Yes Man in the Tops Casino, ideally while working on the "Ring-a-Ding-Ding!" main quest. There are some other main quests that'll also activate this quest, but they're later in the series.
