Old Olney S. Wilson Building
1 of 6: Sneak up the stairs and into the huge wrecked room beyond slowly, scanning for Enclave targets.
2 of 6: If you stay at the room's entry doorway and carefully line up your shots (don't bother trying to use V.A.T.S.), you can cripple and perhaps even kill several of the Enclave soldiers without them detecting you. This is especially important to do to the hellfire trooper who's on an upper floor on the other side of the room.
3 of 6: Watch for enemies to appear at the base of the large rubble ramp that's ahead of you, since they'll be able to return fire from there. Either quickly shoot them down, or let Fawkes do it for you.
4 of 6: When all visible enemy targets are dead, move down the large rubble ramp to the lower floor, then turn right and go through a room to find some stairs that'll take you to the second floor on the other side of the room. From there, go across the huge GNR sign and the rubble to the NE of it to reach the hellfire trooper's area.
5 of 6: Loot the hellfire trooper of his armor and heavy incinerator gun, then make sure no other Enclave targets are alive before you go exploring the rubble-y area for supplies.
6 of 6: When you're ready to move on, return to the hellfire trooper's area, then go through the north door and down some stairs to find the door to the Olney Powerworks area.
