Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Go through Uptown and enter Haven.
1 of 4: After completing the "Retrieve your gear" objective, head back out of the arena area and turn right.
2 of 4: Go on past the control room where Marco is and find a guy named Hammer next to an open gate.
3 of 4: Go up the first set of stairs past the gate to find a door leading to the Uptown area. You can go straight there, or you can explore around two other previously inaccessible areas first.
