Find Our Lady of Hope Hospital.
1 of 4: Talk to Reilly about everything to get a few more useful tips and notes, then leave the Chop Shop.
2 of 4: The place you need to go is the hospital, which is in the Vernon Square interior region. First, though, you might want to go to the Seward Square region and stock up at the Ranger Compound since Reilly gave you the entrance password.
3 of 4: See the D.C. Ruins Interior Regions hints to learn of some ways to get to those two interior regions (or follow the directions Reilly gave you in your notes).
4 of 4: Once in Vernon Square, head straight for the Our Lady of Hope Hospital and enter it through its front doors.
