Return to Abraham Washington in Rivet City.
1 of 6: If you haven't already, use the terminal on Gwinnett's desk and choose to unlock all the strongroom doors.
2 of 6: If you got the fake Declaration, don't neglect to go through the north door and raid the safes to get some items. In fact, you can take the real Declaration if you want to -- Gwinnett won't seem to mind.
3 of 6: When you're ready to leave, go through the west door and past some protectron cases to get to an elevator.
4 of 6: Use it to return to the ground floor, then head east and around to the exit door.
5 of 6: Once outside, fast-travel to Rivet City. If you can't, look around for nearby enemies to finish off.
6 of 6: Return to the Capitol Preservation Society and tell Abraham Washington that you have the Declaration in order to get your reward of a railway rifle schematic (see the Custom Weapons hints to learn more about it), plus 400 caps if Sydney is dead. Also, sell him the Bill of Rights and Magna Carta if you got them.
