Fallout 3 Hints
Marigold Station
1 of 12: This metro area has an exterior entrance at Marigold Station (location 9 on the Zone 9 Map), plus exits to Falls Church Metro (Falls Church region), and the Queen Ant's Hatchery (involved in the misc. quest "Those!"). This guided tour assumes you're entering from the exterior area.
2 of 12: After descending the starting ramp, raid the Nuka-Cola vending machine on the right, then move ahead and turn left.
3 of 12: Loot the dead raider that's next to some rubble, then look for a metal door on the left after you round the next corner and go past a row of turnstiles. There are some optional supplies past that door.
4 of 12: Go back through the metal door and turn left, then go forward to enter the large mezzanine area, not neglecting to check the set of lockers that are on your right as you go.
6 of 12: At the south end of the connecting tunnel, turn right and look for the entrance to a narrow pipe-lined corridor. Go along it to reach a room with gas leaks.
7 of 12: Check the room's tool cabinet, then open the door that's on the opposite side of the room to find a small side area with supplies on shelves (including several loose items) plus the fire hose box that Grady's safe key is in.
8 of 12: Move on south until you find another room. Look for metal boxes next to all of the shelves, plus a toolbox on a table and some lockers along the west wall.
9 of 12: Past that room is a short north/south tunnel. Near the south end is the door to a lab run by Dr. Lesko.
10 of 12: A bit north of the lab door is a small connecting tunnel with a tool cabinet and several containers on shelves, plus a dead guy named William Brandice. He has several items on him, including strength-enhancing ant nectar and a key that can be used to open the bedroom footlocker in his house in Grayditch. (The locker contains a missile launcher and a missile, so go get them sometime if you're a Big Guns user.)
11 of 12: Past the connecting tunnel, go north along the right side of the wrecked transit cars while watching for a side area on the right. When you find it, check the "The Naughty Nightwear Delivery" undocumented quest to find out what's behind the locked door.
12 of 12: Head farther north down the tunnel, then turn east. When you reach a large barrier, look for a nearby door you can go through to reach a short tunnel with a door to the Falls Church Metro area in it.
