2 of 11: This area is inhabited by super mutants, so come heavily armed and with many healing items. The tour starts at the Marigold Station entrance.
3 of 11: Quicksave right before you go through the door in Marigold Station that takes you into the Falls Church region, then do the "The Lost Initiate" undocumented quest. That'll get you some extra caps and XP, plus the help of the Brotherhood guys in killing off some of the super mutants.
4 of 11: After that's done, look around the office building's parking area to find a few tin cans, a fire hydrant you can drink from, three garbage cans, and a blue mail dropbox. There's another garbage can near the covered bridge.
5 of 11: TIP: The Brotherhood guys are going to stay in the parking lot, so when you find super mutants in other areas, lead them back to the parking lot. If you lead enough mutants there, one or more of the Brotherhood guys may be killed, allowing you to loot them.
6 of 11: Go back across the covered bridge and search the area north of it for items.
7 of 11: If you search the lower street area that goes under the covered bridge, all you'll find is another fire hydrant. Head east to where the street turns north to find another office building and a large fenced-in playground area.
8 of 11: There will probably be several super mutants in the playground and in the windows of the school building behind it. If they won't follow you to the Brotherhood guys, you'll have to take cover and snipe at them. After you finish off all the ones in the playground and school building windows, go north down the street until you can see and shoot two more near the metro station.
9 of 11: Look back the way you came for two trash bins near a blue car, then look around near the metro station to find three mail dropboxes, a fire hydrant, and a small wooden crate with turpentine and buffout in it. (It's behind the pillar that's near the single mail dropbox.)
10 of 11: Look for a toolbox down near the door to the Arlington/Falls Church Metro area, then go east down the street to reach the big L.O.B. Enterprises building. Check around it for items, then check the wrecky school building just west of it for more.
11 of 11: Go back west through the playground and get back on the street, then head north to reach a circular fountain area. Look on the ground just north of the fountain to find a couple of tin cans and a first aid box.
