Part 2 (Unauthorized Personnel)

  • 1 of 22: Follow the crouchy crawlway all the way to a spot with a ladder that you can climb down.
  • 2 of 22: Past that, go along until you come to where you can see that Mapes character through a shatterproof window ahead of you.
  • 3 of 22: Quicksave before you approach the window and let him see you, since he'll activate the turret defense system.
  • 4 of 22: Once past the security door, you can enter the room Mapes was in, but all you'll be able to do is grab a medkit from the shelves and two remote bombs from a cart just outside the room -- there's no way for you to deactivate the turrets.
  • 5 of 22: As you're going down the wide corridor a bit further on, a turret will descend from the ceiling ahead as you move forward. This is only the first of several more turrets that you'll have to deal with.
  • 6 of 22: Find and go through the automatic door in the back of the large dim room past the two-turret hallway, then head down the stairs and into the dim pipe-lined walkway.
  • 7 of 22: Go right if you want to get an extra medkit, then go the other way to get to a ladder you can climb up.
  • 8 of 22: Go through a door and down a couple of hallways to get to a large room with glass skylights that several Replica troops drop down through.
  • 9 of 22: After taking them down using the usual tactics, explore the two nearby rooms to find a couple of medkits and a reflex booster.
  • 10 of 22: Find the hall in the back right corner of the area that leads to a room where Replicas have just blown away a ceiling turret. Nice of them to do that for you right before you finish them off!
  • 11 of 22: The door in one wall of that room leads to a small control room with a blue "activate" panel in it, but save before you use it because it'll lower a lift in a nearby room that has a mighty Power Armor on it!
  • 12 of 22: In the room at the top of the lift, find the passage in the back that leads past a side office with supplies in it and into the other top-of-a-lift room.
  • 13 of 22: Find the red ladder in the back of it that leads up to a catwalk, then enter the small crawlway in the room past the catwalk.
  • 14 of 22: Past the crawlway, drop down through a missing ceiling tile to land next to a lab with lots of supplies in it, which is currently locked down due to toxic fumes.
  • 15 of 22: Find the door in the back of the formerly toxic lab that leads to a new area.
  • 16 of 22: Keep going until you find a security control room that has some supplies in it, a desk you can jump over, and a computer in the back with a blue "activate" panel and a monitor that shows a whole lot of Replicas approaching.
  • 17 of 22: After you kill all the Replicas in those two large rooms, find the little hallway in the back that's labeled with an EXIT sign.
  • 18 of 22: In the room beyond, wait in the shadows for Replicas to appear on the upper walkway across the room, then SlowMo-shoot them.
  • 19 of 22: After you've shot all the Replicas who care to come into range for you, find the stairs that'll get you up to their floor and hunt down the rest.
  • 20 of 22: From the back of their area, move past the unusable elevators to get to a room you can search to find a medkit.
  • 21 of 22: Just to the left of that room is a railing that you need to jump over to finish this mission and move on to Part 3 of the objective.
  • 22 of 22: TIP: If you need more supplies before jumping over the railing, you can get back over the desk you jumped earlier.
