How can I shut this turret off?
1 of 7: In a similar way to how you could have shut off the first turret that's covered in these hints.
2 of 7: When you go through the auto-door that leads to this turret's hallway, immediately turn left and run for the fence door.
3 of 7: It's locked from the other side, but you'll at least have the cover of the two large white boxes that are near the door.
4 of 7: If the turret saw you and started firing, wait until it stops and turns away.
5 of 7: Then quicksave and make a SlowMo run (with weapon holstered) around the white boxes and into the pipe crawlspace in the wall just past them.
6 of 7: You should make it uninjured, so follow the crawlspace along to get inside the locked room.
7 of 7: Use the switch on the electrical box to shut the turret off, then either go back through the crawlspace or bash the padlock off the door and exit through it.
