Section 8: Abomination Attack

  • 1 of 5: Check the small room marked "SURGERY" for a medkit on the floor, then go through the double doors to the right of it.
  • 2 of 5: Check the "blue light" stash for two SMGs and an armor vest, then go down the ramp and over to the large window hole with your shotgun out.
  • 3 of 5: After an abomination pulls you down to the floor underneath the window hole, you'll need to kill several abominations before they can kill you.
  • 4 of 5: Find the sliding door that's blocked by a medical gurney and figure out how to get through it.
  • 5 of 5: Go down the yellow-floor hall past the sliding door to get a checkpoint save and move on to Section 9: Jankowski's Fate.
