  • 2 of 4: After you get the "Okara needs more people" mission, you can talk Owen into making Okara his new home.
  • 3 of 4: When you do, you'll get a healing potion, 1000 XP, eight Okara rep points, and a Rebel rep point.
  • 4 of 4: Tell Mannig about Owen to get 269 gold and 500 XP.
