1 of 5: Talk to Mannig to get this overall recruitment mission.
2 of 5: One person you may have already brought here is Rufus. See the Montera mission "The slave Rufus wants to go to Okara" if you haven't done so yet.
3 of 5: After Rufus arrives in Okara, tell Mannig that Rufus has a message for him in order to get 269 gold and 500 XP.
4 of 5: There are six other people scattered about the Okara vicinity who can be talked into coming on down. See the mission links below.
5 of 5: After you do all seven of those missions, you can tell Mannig that there's nobody left who'll come to Okara. That'll finish this mission and get you 1750 XP and 12 Okara rep points.
