1 of 5: When you see this about to happen, run back the way you came until the explosions are over.
2 of 5: Unfortunately, if you do it that way, one of the manhacks will probably come around the corner after you instead of getting caught in the explosion.
3 of 5: Also, if you sneak up to the corner and put two pistol bullets into the nearest explosive barrel and then retreat, the manhacks may somehow survive.
4 of 5: The way that works most often is to sneak up to the corner and shoot the barrel twice, then let the manhacks see you just for a split second before you run back down the tunnel to safety.
5 of 5: It's best to run all the way back to the fence door and close it behind you just in case a manhack survives the explosion and chases you.
