Manhack Attack Series
1 of 3: The first of these encounters happens soon after you leave the resistance hideout and come to a closed fence mesh door.
2 of 3: Just around the corner past the fence door is an interesting situation where there are several explosive barrels lying around, and a manhack detonates one accidentally.
3 of 3: The last of these manhack encounters happens when you come to a fence door that leads to a small outdoor area. (TIP: First find the room a bit further down the tunnel that has bullets and health packs in it.)
