How can I leave this whole area and move on?
1 of 8: Climb down to the bottom of the long white ladder and look around.
2 of 8: You see that large circular opening with the red light in it that's high up on one wall? That's your way out of here.
3 of 8: However, there's no way to reach it either from here or from up on the grate-like floor above.
4 of 8: Think about the fact that there's some shallow water in the under-the-floor room, and that there's a round thing on its floor that looks like the top of a drainage pipe.
5 of 8: You need to find a way to raise the water level so that you can swim over to the large circular opening in the wall.
6 of 8: Return to the main barrel room, where some more manhacks will soon appear and attack.
7 of 8: You don't have to fight them, though -- just quickly jump over the railing to drop down to the room's floor, then head down the ladder into the newly raised water.
8 of 8: Swim over to the large circular opening and make your way to the next area, surfacing in it as quickly as possible so as not to drown.
