1 of 5: You get this task once you finish one of the four alternative tasks that keep Fang from seeing Sheng's report.
2 of 5: Return to your base camp to meet with the Inquisitor Recuiter and see if he liked the way you handled the assignment.
3 of 5: He won't like it if you killed either Fang or Shen, and will refuse to give you what you need to enter the Lotus Assassin fortress. You'll then have to either restore a save and do the "Disgrace Sheng" task or "Investigate Fang" task, or abandon this quest and go do the "The Executioners" main quest.
4 of 5: If you did one of the two above-mentioned non-kill tasks, the Inquisitor Recruiter will tell you that their fortress is on the far side of the Necropolis area, and will give you a special seal that will help you get in.
5 of 5: Silk Fox will then talk to you about your success on infiltrating the Lotus Assassins.
