The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine Hints
Wayshrine Tips
1 of 6: The prophet gives you a wayshrine map, but you don't have to visit the particular wayshrines shown on the map -- each Divine has more than one wayshrine, and any of them will work.
2 of 6: To help you find all the wayshrines and navigate there, check all the region maps in the main Oblivion hint file. (Or check its PC Cheat Codes section to see how to use cheats to teleport yourself straight to each wayshrine.)
3 of 6: If you've visited any wayshrines before, you won't have to visit those types of wayshrine again. (Though note that if you've visited all nine types before, you'll still have to visit one wayshrine now.)
4 of 6: If you like, you can find a fellow quester to accompany you on the pilgrimage.
5 of 6: After you visit one wayshrine of each type, you'll get a couple of journal entries and a weird vision in which Pelinal Whitestrake's spirit speaks to you.
6 of 6: NOTE: Praying at the final shrine in the series will set your Infamy stat to zero no matter how high it is, which may be bad news for anyone hoping to benefit from the Sithis shrine blessings in the Vile Lair module.
