Ione as a Lesbian

  • 1 of 14: Remember intellectual Ione from round 1 of Swingles? Well, she's turned gay, but you actually get another shot at her. (Well, that is, you can get another keepsake from her that'll count with Uma as a token of affection.)
  • 2 of 14: Since Ione's gay now, try the gay bar named Spartacus in the crappy streets area.
  • 3 of 14: You'll find her standing next to the big fat factory worker near the circular bar area. Unfortunately, she refuses to talk to you at all. Can you blame her after that teddy bear episode?
  • 4 of 14: You need to start off by talking to someone else and doing something for them. Ask around to see who has something interesting goin' on.
  • 5 of 14: If you talk to Guy Dahms in the circular bar, he won't give you the "buy items" menu like he usually does. Instead, he'll tell you to wear something more leathery (if you're not already).
  • 6 of 14: You need to wear the "cool" outfit, which can be bought nearby from Don Dokken in Lefty's Too or from the weird vending machine near the In-Out Inn.
  • 7 of 14: Once you've got your cool duds on (accessories not needed), talk to Guy Dahms again to start a Tapper-like Serving mini-game in which you serve drinks to customers and catch returned glasses.
  • 8 of 14: Then talk to him to start up a Conversation mini-game in which you're working the closet and finally get to talk to Ione. Not very encouraging, though.
  • 9 of 14: Right after that is another conversation mini-game in which Larry's previous encounter with Ione is turned into a musical.
  • 10 of 14: Now you can finally talk to Ione, though when you do, Helmut will get in the way and start a fairly hard Dancing mini-game.
  • 11 of 14: When that's over, talk to Helmut again to start a conversation mini-game in which you attempt to apologize to Ione.
  • 12 of 14: Unfortunately, Larry panics and "confesses" that he's gay in order to get Ione to understand and forgive him. She falls for it, but that means that you have to streak the gay bar as a sort of initiation rite.
  • 13 of 14: This works like an Avoidance mini-game, with you running around and flashing people while avoiding the amorous clutches of Helmut. Be sure to get everybody, including at the tables and on the dance floor, then run for the closet.
  • 14 of 14: Once you do that right, it's ending cut-scene time in Luba & Ione's room in the dorm. As usual, things don't exactly go Larry's way, but he does end up getting a "double dong" device as the new Ione's token of affection.
