Mass Effect Hints

Find Liara T'Soni

  • 1 of 16: This is the only mission for this game section. You receive it right after completing "Citadel: Expose Saren." (NOTE: This entire mission is all stuck in under the one objective of "Go to Artemis Tau," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
  • 2 of 16: On the Normandy's command deck, use the galaxy map and de-zoom to the Milky Way view.
  • 3 of 16: Scan over to the Artemis Tau cluster (which is marked with the label "Liara's Dig Site") and click on it.
  • 4 of 16: There are four systems in that cluster, and each one has several planets.
  • 5 of 16: After you land on the planet in the Mako, you'll need to make your way to a mining camp.
  • 6 of 16: As you enter the mining camp, a cinematic will start up, followed by a very tough combat.
  • 7 of 16: After it's over, go up the long ramp that leads to a door that you can open to enter some ruins.
  • 8 of 16: Proceed down the long starting tunnel slowly, since there are several powerful geth just past its other end.
  • 9 of 16: You can't get through the powerful force field that's blocking the path, so go back a short way from it to find an elevator that you can use.
  • 10 of 16: After you exit the elevator, check the medical kit on the floor nearby, then get ready to fight some geth drones.
  • 11 of 16: Take another elevator down, then drop carefully down broken walkway segments until you're next to the base of the nearby force field.
  • 12 of 16: Approach it to speak with Liara T'Soni, who's trapped inside the force field.
  • 13 of 16: Talk to Liara to start a cinematic that ends with you all riding up a big elevator.
  • 14 of 16: When you reach the top, a krogan battlemaster and his geth allies will appear and talk to you. No matter what you say, they'll attack.
  • 15 of 16: As soon as the battle is over, a cinematic will begin that'll get you all safely back to the Normandy.
  • 16 of 16: After all the conversations are over, this mission (and game section) will finally be completed.
