Shut Down Factory.
1 of 5: Run forward to the large rock formation, watching for a door in the building past it to open. When it does, take cover behind the leftmost large rock and peek out to shoot mechs from there.
2 of 5: Go up to the door and use it to get taken inside, then move into the small room directly ahead. It has a med kit and wall safe to raid, plus a computer you can examine for log entries.
3 of 5: Go through the unlocked door in the hall, then check to the left for a datapad before moving into the room far enough to trigger another mech attack.
4 of 5: Go through the door past the ramp in the back of the lower-floor area to find another box of refined element zero, then go up the ramps to another door.
5 of 5: Past it is a room with a production line console that you'll have to do a hack minigame on. Once you complete it, the assignment will be done.
