What optional things are available after doing one of those missions?
1 of 9: To start with, talk to Admiral Anderson in the comm room to get a couple of rep points.
2 of 9: Go to the galaxy map area to get the optional "N7: Cerberus Abductions" mission, then talk to Specialist Traynor to learn of her interest in strategy games.
3 of 9: Check your private terminal's email to see that you have a message from Liara, then go to the captain's cabin and look in the small side room for an "Invite Liara" hotspot. Use it to start a conversation that'll get you a couple of rep points.
4 of 9: If you got the "Citadel: GX12 Thermal Pipe" hub mission as soon as you could have, you'll probably be able to finish it now.
5 of 9: Travel to the Arcturus Stream cluster, then check it for assets and do the above-mentioned N7 mission.
6 of 9: After that's done, go to the Citadel and finish the "Benning: Evidence" hub mission.
7 of 9: While you're in the embassy area, check your Specter Terminal to find a "Civilian Deportation Order" entry. Authorize it to update a war asset. (If it's not there, check back later.)
8 of 9: If you've done the Turian platoon mission, you can do the "Tuchanka: Bomb" side mission now. If you've done the rachni mission, you can finish the "Citadel: Krogan Dying Message" hub mission (if you got the dead krogan's message).
9 of 9: NOTE: There's nothing new available after finishing both of the missions, except that you can then do both of the things listed in the previous hint.
