Agatha Christie: Murder on the Orient Express Hints
How do I get into the kitchen?
of 10: The kitchen is behind a small door at the far end of the restaurant car (next to the baggage car) that will stay locked until you get the heat restored.
of 10: After that it's unlocked, but access is blocked by that raging carnivore, Chef Klaus. He's upset because he didn't bring enough oil and vinegar to make salads for all the people who don't want prettily-arranged dead animals for dinner.
of 10: So where are we going to get oil and vinegar for him in sufficient supply?
of 10: Maybe there's some in the baggage car. Take a look and see what you see.
of 10: At the far end of the baggage car (next to the security room), there are three barrels with oil, vinegar, and honey in them. Perfect! Except ... how do we breach them?
of 10: What you need is spigots or taps, like they use on beer barrels --
of 10: -- or failing that, spouts like they use to tap the sap in maple trees. And you'll need two of them, because the game won't let you use the same spout on both barrels.
of 10: When you have both spouts, come back to the baggage car and put one spout in each keg. Get two glasses from the bar in the Salon car and use one on each spout, then go talk to Klaus again.
