Myst V: End of Ages Hints

How do I get the slate into the Keep this time?

  • 1 of 6: In some ages, you may see the Keep from a distance and need to find a way in.  This age is a little different, in that you'll probably enter the Keep first and then need to bring the slate with you later.
  • 2 of 6: It's through the big door on the smaller island in Noloben.
  • 3 of 6: Once you're in the Keep, you'll also be able to tell what its symbol is.
  • 4 of 6: It's one large circle surrounded by four smaller circles at the corners of the slate -- basically, a representation of the hut and the four surrounding control pedestals, or of the four bowls and the giant egg around them.
  • 5 of 6: Now that you know what the symbol is, you can leave the Keep and draw this symbol on the slate for the Bahro to bring the slate here.
  • 6 of 6: As you have done or will do in every other age, draw the Keep symbol and drop your slate.  Then go back to the main pedestal inside the "soap bubble" where you started, and click on the symbol for the Keep there to teleport back.  Only this time, the slate will be on the pedestal for you, allowing you to finish this age.
