Nancy Drew 30: The Shattered Medallion Hints
What am I supposed to be doing in the Puzzle Palace?
1 of 4: A couple of times you'll be directed to go there to solve a specific puzzle, which will play out on the large screen in the middle of the room. Other than that, it's up to you.
2 of 4: The displays showing the effects of earthquakes and other natural hazards are interesting, but otherwise totally nonessential. Ignore them if you like, or play with the displays if you'd rather. You can even go into the Quake Shack and push the button to see what a real earthquake feels like, if you want.
3 of 4: There are also two board games lifted directly from Nancy Drew #24, The Captive Curse -- Raid and Monster. You don't have to play either if you don't want, but winning will get you 10 points a game if you're short.
4 of 4: Incidentally, there's a glitch in the programming for these two games that will allow you to get points for winning multiple times, as long as you actually win at least once. Read on if you want the secret.
