How do I open the enormous water tank?
1 of 4: Carefully investigate and experiment with the different valves, turning the wheels.
2 of 4: On the left side of the pipes, only the wheel of valve 1 can be turned. Turning it doesn't appear to do anything obvious. One the right side of the pipes, you are allowed to examine things closely. There seems to be a hole drilled through valve 3, the one that is missing a wheel, as if you could slide something into that hole. Valve 4 seems to be locked. You can examine the display closely, too; you see a reading of "Fill Rate" and "Water Level".
3 of 4: You need to drop the water level so you can open the vault door. And unless you also drop the fill rate, the tank will refill after you drop the water level.
4 of 4: Now, all is quiet. Return to the vault door. Cautiously unlock it by spinning the wheel on the vault door. Now open the door. Be sure to watch your back...
