How do I get that letter down from the ledge in the gear room?
1 of 10: Ensure that you have already investigated under the carousel.
2 of 10: When you are finished investigating the crawl space below the carousel, and you start back up through the trap door, you look high into the top of the carousel and see something up there... a letter! You can't reach it.
3 of 10: You're going to have to think of a way to either climb up there and get the letter, or reach up there with a long object and knock the letter down.
4 of 10: Look around the park. Somewhere in the park is an object that will help you.
5 of 10: The object will help you knock the letter down from its perch.
6 of 10: The object isn't very long, at least, not at first it isn't. It's actually quite small.
7 of 10: But it extends to a long length. Can you find it?
8 of 10: This object can be found somewhere in the midway games.
9 of 10: Go to the Prize-O-Matic and purchase the Chinese yo-yo with your seahorse token. Once you get it, you should be able to figure out what to do. If you don't have a seahorse token, you'll first need to win at Swimmer's Itch.
10 of 10: The Chinese yo-yo is a toy that extends to a long length then quickly retracts again. When you get it from the Prize-O-Matic, you try it out by knocking over a soda can located high above you. You need to take the Chinese yo-yo to the gear room of the carousel and then use it on the letter, knocking it down to the floor. Then take the letter and read it.
