Hand to Hand
1 of 7: Once you get your Hand to Hand skill to 70, talk to Davela Hleran in the Imperial Bridge Inn or Ra'qanar in Cheydinhal about "Training" to be referred to Helvius Cecia.
2 of 7: Cecia has a house near the SE corner of Bruma.
3 of 7: Talk to him about "Training" and "Fight" to get him to challenge you to punch him around a bit.
4 of 7: Before agreeing to do so, unequip your weapon and get your fists out and ready to go.
5 of 7: Then talk to him about "Fight" and agree to his little punch-drunk test, then start hitting him.
6 of 7: You'll only have about 30 seconds to damage him enough that he recognizes your skill, so punch him as hard and fast as you can. (Not easy, considering how well he can block you.)
