The Orange Box: Portal Hints
How can I trash this crazy computer once and for all?
1 of 13: Start by waiting while it talks at you a bit.
2 of 13: It'll eventually drop one of its round core devices on the floor.
3 of 13: After it does, you'll need to figure out a way to destroy the core device.
4 of 13: Unfortunately, destroying the purple core will allow the computer to start up a deadly neurotoxin release sequence.
5 of 13: A timer with how much time you have left to live will appear on some monitors, and a sentry will rise near the computer and start firing rockets at you.
6 of 13: What you need to do is knock off and destroy more of the computer's cores.
8 of 13: Hurry up and dispose of the orange core the same way you did the purple core, not forgetting to use portals to move between the incinerator and its button.
9 of 13: As soon as you get the orange core into the incinerator, run back and get your "blasting the computer with a redirected rocket" portals set up again.
10 of 13: This time, the blue core will be knocked off of the computer and dropped onto a high ledge.
