How do I take a key from a guardian robot?

  • 1 of 9: The only way to get a key from any of the guardian robots is to destroy the robot.
  • 2 of 9: And the only way to destroy a robot is to blast him with something...
  • 3 of 9: ... a cannon, a shotgun, or some other weapon.
  • 4 of 9: And in so doing, you will find (in each case) that the robot's key is partially destroyed.
  • 5 of 9: In fact, no robot is left with more than a single crystal in their key.
  • 6 of 9: Which means that you have to find and destroy at least four of the guardian robots, and retrieve each of their keys.
  • 7 of 9: After a robot is destroyed, check around its body to see if it might have dropped its key.
  • 8 of 9: Not all robots will leave a key behind.  But you only need to find four keys.
  • 9 of 9: Pick up each key that you find, after destroying a guardian robot.
