I didn't get all of the optional objectives!
1 of 6: The secondary objective is to put a tap in a mobile command center. You can either do it the first time you come across a mobile command center (see first link below) or the second time (see second link below).
3 of 6: The second part of the mission has two opportunity objectives. One of them is to get technical specs on the UAVs. The computer to do that from is in the ground-floor kitchen of the apartment building with the unexploded aerial bomb in it. Once you're down on the lowest floor, sneak behind the bar and use the EEV to scan the computer through the little roundish window that you can see it through.
