Singularity Hints
Find the Elevator to the Administration Building
1 of 6: The lower-ground area past the ledge you're on is full of mutants and zeks that you'll need to deal with.
2 of 6: Go up the steps to the formerly zek-infested area, then move ahead to find some broken stairs that you can de-age and climb.
3 of 6: Past them, move around to get a zek to appear on the nearby walkway. Wait until he's next to an explosive barrel, then shoot it with the shotgun to blow it and the zek up.
4 of 6: Use the crates under the walkway gap to jump onto the walkway, then pick up the other explosive barrel and carry it around the corner. The game will prompt you to age the zek that comes out through a door, but it's better to just barrel-blast him.
5 of 6: Look in the room the zek came out of for some supplies, then move down the walkway to find a supply crate near a ladder. After reading the tip below, climb down the ladder and move over to the large elevator to get a checkpoint save and finish this objective.
