The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Report to General Tullius.
1 of 6: Return to Castle Dour's war room and talk to Tullius to get a leveled magic sword and the next objective.
2 of 6: After you finish it, you'll be back to this objective. Finish off the Stormcloak stragglers if you want, then return to Castle Dour.
3 of 6: Talk to Tullius to allegedly get another leveled sword (though I got a banded iron shield instead) plus the "Regain the Rift" objective.
4 of 6: Once it's done, you'll be back here again. Take care of the remaining Stormcloak soldiers, then return to Castle Dour.
5 of 6: Talk to Tullius to get the "Regain Winterhold Hold" objective, then go talk to him again after you finish it to get some armor and the "Regain Eastmarch" objective.
6 of 6: After you finish that objective, this quest will be done. You can optionally listen to Tullius' speech after exiting the palace, and you can go around to the various Stormcloak camps on the world map and eliminate their residents, but the Civil War quest series is over.
