Just past the lift are some steps that lead down to another proximity-triggered spinning blade ramp.
- How can I get past this trapped ramp safely?

Sneak up to the large golden doors past the broken pipe, then open them to find a large area with several falmer in it.
- How can I get through this area?
3 of 12: Past the large golden doors in the back of the falmer area, carefully avoid a ballista trap's pressure plate near the top of some stairs.
4 of 12: Go down the stairs and turn right, then watch for a dwarven spider followed by a pressure plate, followed by another spider and a sphere.

Move on until you come to some more golden doors, then go past them to find a raised spear gate.
- How can I lower this spear gate?

Go through the doors past the spear gate, then sneak forward and open the gate that's ahead.
- What's a good way to deal with the falmer in the area past the gate?

Look for the start of a bridge in the back of the falmer area, then figure out how to lower its raised segment.
- How can I get that bridge lowered?

As soon as the bridge is lowered, the dwarven centurion that's just past it will activate.
- What's the best way to defeat this centurion?
9 of 12: Go through the doors past the bridge, then close them behind you if you didn't kill the centurion.
10 of 12: Use the lever to the left of the spear gate to lower it, then kill the two dwarven spiders in the area past it before opening the gate that leads to a dwarven lift. Use its lever to get back outside, then use the lever on the wall to open the gate.
11 of 12: When you're ready to continue, take the lift back down to the two-spider room, then look in its center for a dwarven mechanism that you can activate in order to lower some stairs.
12 of 12: Go down the stairs and through a door, then go down a short passage to find a door that leads to Blackreach.
