Find Pumping Station #5.

1 of 9:
The nearby "DIONYSUS PARK" airlock won't open, so go down the path that leads away from it until you find another airlock.

2 of 9: Use the airlock's control to cycle it, then move forward and watch as several splicers attack a rumbler big daddy.

After it kills them off, go all through the Little Eden Plaza area in search of combat and loot.

When you're done with that, it's time to take on the plaza's big daddy rumbler so you can grab his little sister and get some ADAM.

5 of 9: Use your new ADAM to buy every gene tonic slot from the garden machine, then see what plasmids and tonics you want to get.

Go through the plaza's southern exit door to find a security bot you can reactivate, plus the Security Command plasmid and an EVE hypo in a pillow-filled wagon.

Kill off the splicers in the maintenance area ahead, then look near its vending machine for an EVE hypo. (Don't hack the machine, though. It's much more useful unhacked since there's a bot shutdown panel nearby.)
